Green River Lakes

Green River Lakes was the destination for the long weekend. The lakes are located at the northwestern end of the Wind River Range. It is probably one of my favorite places I have visited since coming to Wyoming a little over a year ago. This first image is of what I believe is some type of phlox:





These two are of the lower lake. The bottom one is a minute and a half infrared exposure.





This panoramic was stitched from 7 vertical exposures. It is of the Upper Green River Lake with Squaretop Mountain looming above. It's an easy 5 mile or so roundtrip hike to the upper lake.



Lastly just a little messing around. This is a 40 minute exposure of the stars with my campfire throwing some light on the trees.
