399 and Cubs

Grizzly 399 and her cubs were out this evening in Teton Park. Thankfully I rambled north after work, as it was some of the best bear watching I have done. While mom grazed nearby, the cubs wrestled and played in a small stream.

Grizzly Cubs and a Marmot

I checked on the den after work this evening. Unfortunately the kits weren’t very active. Only three were out, and they mostly just slept. This kit was looking for a better spot to nap.
